Floating bloat (SciiFii)

The floating bloat (Hydroanatorhynchus goliathus), also known simply as the bloat, is a species of colossal, featherless, pliosaur-like bird with smooth light brown and white skin. The floating bloat originally did not exist, but has since been created by SciiFii and introduced across the world's oceans to help boost biodiversity and to provide a cleaner alternative to boats. The floating bloat is one of the only five living members of the porplet (Paelagiuvenatorinae) subfamily, which are most closely related to a widespread subfamily Carduelinae. The floating bloat is one of the largest living animals of Earth, with the length of 140 feet (42 meters) and weighing about 210 US tons (190.508795 metric tons). Unlike the closely related daydreamers, the floating bloat is a herbivore that primarily feeds on many aquatic vegetation such as kelp. Despite its massive size, the floating bloat only eats almost one ton per day, as a result of its slow metabolism and gigantothermy. As a result of its amount of blubber, the floating bloat is unable to dive, but it has a moderately long neck to reach for food on the seafloor. The floating bloats are entirely tame towards sapient species such as humans, as a result of genetic modifications and being bred for both transportation and, occasionally, for their meat. Although a massive animal, the floating bloat usually only lives to be around 40-50 years, but there have been cases of floating bloats living to almost 70 years. Due to being fully-aquatic, the floating bloats give birth to single live young rather than laying eggs. Floating bloats have a fast growth rate for a large animal, reaching sexual maturity at the age of just 6 years. The conservation status of the floating bloat is Least Concern due to successful conservation efforts, the floating bloat's wide range and its tolerance to many of the human activities.
