A marowak (Craniucephalus pokevus) is a species of non-mammal therapsidian synapsid that originally did not exist, but has since been created by SciiFii due to demands for real life Pokémon-like animals from Pokémon fans. However, due to careless pet owners who released marowaks into the wilderness, the marowaks can now be found throughout Africa, Eurasia, South America, and North America. The marowak is a member of the family, Anteosauridae, which includes the famous originally-extinct Titanophoneus. The marowak, like most member of its family, is a carnivore, however, it isn't a predator, instead, it is a complete scavenger in a manner similar to vultures, primarily feeding on meat, internal organs, and even the strong bones. The marowak's (including the adults, the juveniles, and the hatchlings) coloration on its head resembles a skull, which led to some tribal people throughout Africa and South America to believe that they have worn the skulls of their deceased relatives. The marowak is a solitary animal in most of its life, except during breedings seasons or if it's a caring mother of its hatchlings. The female marowaks can lay around 6-10 eggs at a time and the young are cared for until they are juveniles, when they must fend for themselves. The conservation status of the marowak is Least Concern due to successful conservation efforts, the marowak's wide range, and its ability to tolerate most human activities, including being able to flourish and adapt to life in the cities and suburbs.
