Neocompsognathus (SciiFii)

The new hobgoblin (Neocompsognathus falkori) is a species of non-avian compsognathid dinosaur that originally did not exist, but has since been created by SciiFii and, unlike most Mesozoic-type non-avian theropod dinosaurs, have been intentionally introduced to Eurasia, Africa, North America, and South America to help boost biodiversity. The new hobgoblins are small compared with most flightless non-avian theropods, only growing to be about the size of domestic cats and weigh around the same. The new hobgoblins are omnivorous and primarily feed on fruits, leaves, roots, tubers, grasses, insects, smaller vertebrates, carrion, and man-made food, thanks to, not just its complex digestive tract, but also its teeth design unlike most other compsognathids (having not only sharp serrated teeth, but also flat incisors and molars), giving it a more rodent-like form of feeding than a more traditional bird-like form of feeding of most theropods. The new hobgoblin is a solitary animal for most of its life, except during breeding seasons or if the new hobgoblin has found a mate, becoming mates for life, caring for each other and their offspring. The conservation status of the new hobgoblin is Least Concern due to successful conservation efforts, the new hobgoblin's wide range, and its tolerance to most of human activities, including being able to adapt to life in the cities and suburbs.
