Plusle

The plusle (Neolagus ruberpokevus) is a species of rabbit that originally did not exist, but has since been created by SciiFii due to the demand for Pokémon-like animals as pets. However, due to pet releases by careless pet owners, the plusles can be found throughout the mainland North America, Europe, and Africa. It is named for its tail, which is shaped like a plus symbol due to the fur length and shape on its tail. Male plusles weigh approximately 1.5 kilogram while females weigh about 1.8 kilograms. It is most closely related to the endangered riverine rabbit, and it is likely that it was used as a base by SciiFii when SciiFii was creating plusles. The plusles prefer to occupy river basins, very particular shrubland, and farmland. They feed on the dense vegetation, including grasses, roots, tubers, and fruits, the soil they dig through allows for it to create vast burrows and dens for protection, brooding young, and thermoregulation. The gestation period of plusles are around 3-4 months and the plusle females usually give birth to around two or three kits at a time, though a liter of around 5-6 have been reported. The conservation status of the plusle is Least Concern due to successful conservation efforts, the plusle's wide range, and its tolerance to habitat loss, allowing it to survive and thrive in man-made habitats, including cities and suburbs.
