Snorkasaurus (Snorkasaurus domesticus) is a species of domestic semi-bipedal pig-sized omnivorous sauropodomorph part of the Massospondylidae family, closely related to the Massospondylus. This species originally didn't exist in real life and was first created in laboratories by SciiFii due to the demand of non-avian dinosaurs as pets, making it among the first pet dinosaurs created by SciiFii. Snorkasaurus is named after and is based on the fictional dinosaur species of the same name from The Flintstones cartoons. Today, snorkasaurus is among the most numerous and popular large dinosaurs as pets, being about as common to be seen as household pets as domestic dogs. Snorkasaurus can walk and run on all fours in a similar fashion to various large mammals, but it can also stand, walk, and run on its back legs much like a large bird. Snorkasaurus needs fruits, vegetables, leaves, insects, and/or common pet food (such as dog and cat food) in order to stay healthy.
