The werelemur (Lemurarctos horribilis) is a species of adapiform primate, and the only living member of the family Mixotheridae, that originally did not exist, but has since been created by SciiFii and introduced throughout the rainforests, wetlands, forests, open woodlands, and forested shrublands across North America to help boost biodiversity. The werelemur has a strong build yet slim body plan. On average, the werelemur stands 76 centimeters (30 inches) tall at the shoulders and weighs around 34-45 kilograms (75-100 lbs). The werelemur is a largely-arboreal carnivore that primarily feeds on smaller mammals, birds, reptiles, and carrion, and fills a niche similar to clouded leopards of Asia and fossas of the island of Madagascar. Werelemurs are solitary animals and prefers to live alone in most of their lives except during the breeding seasons. The conservation status of the werelemur is Least Concern due to successful conservation efforts and the werelemur's wide range.
